App receipt invalid

hi,

I purchased a recordbuddy 2 some time back. It was working well.

When i tried to start the app today, I get a msg saying ’ app receipt invalid’ and i cant get through to the software.

could you please advice me on this matter?

Do you know what version of the software you have? Are you sure you have the latest build?

I am having the same issue.
I love Rekord Buddy, and I really want to get it working again.
The link to the manual did not help. Any suggestions?

There do not seem to be any other downloads in “my account” on your website.

That’s a VERY old build. I don’t think you’re looking in the right place for an updated build on the web site. Two solutions here:

  • If you’re running macOS 10.10 or 10.11 then I posted a legacy fix and you can find the link to that in this thread.

  • If you’re running macOS 10.12 or later then you can find more info about downloading the latest build of Rekord Buddy in this entry in the manual.
