How do I get support?

Hello Damien, I have purchased your software but you don’t respond to my messages or forum posts about problems with the windows beta. I have recently subscribed and would like to get this working if you can help me out?

I can. I’ve just been struggling with the holidays here in France and juggling family time and work time since I do everything by myself. I’m extremely sorry about this.
