trying to deactivate my licenses from my two laptops in order to instal then in new ones…i’ve send several emails…no answer…not even a negative one…
I’ve moved your post to the support forum. You should have gotten an auto response asking to post here or via forum PM.
You should be able to reset the license yourself by logging in to the site using the email address details you purchased with, and going to your purchase history. Let me know if that doesn’t work.
