What is your refund policy?


We will gladly provide a full refund if either:

  • Your license has not been activated on any computer yet.
  • The program is not working as advertised and we are unable fix the issue.

If you already have activated the app but the program is not what you thought it was then, unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a refund. Some people have tried try to get a refund after a single use in order to get the benefit of the app without purchasing it and, being a small developer, we can’t afford to do this.

If you are unsure about what Rekord Buddy does or doesn’t do then please contact support and ask questions BEFORE purchasing the app. A demo version will be also available soon in order for anyone to evaluate the app without making a purchase.
